The First Baptist Church of Southern Pines is located at 200 East New York Avenue near downtown Southern Pines, North Carolina.

It is flanked on the north and south by New York and Massachusetts Avenues, and bordered by May and Ashe Streets on the East and West.

Main entrances are located on New York Avenue in the sanctuary wing (upper level), and Massachusetts Avenue in the education wing (lower level). An elevator is available.

Handicap parking space for those with handicapped license plates or rear-view mirror tags is available in the upper parking deck adjacent to the sanctuary off of May Street.
